He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Wilson Collins, Sr. and Lillie Pearl Floyd Collins; his daughter Kelly Lynn Collins; his brother Floyd Michael "Mike" Collins (Libby); and his sister-in-law Wanda Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Clifton Collins III (Leigh) of Florence and Sally Michael Collins Allen (Andrew) of Aynor; his grandchildren, Clifton Hoyt Collins, Joseph Graham Collins, Gillian Rebecca Collins, Andrew Allen, Jr. and Sydney Allen; and his siblings, Darrell Glenn Collins of Clayton, Timothy Erroll Collins (Millie) of Florence and Catherine Collins Erwin (Alvin) of Pamplico.
