She was predeceased by: her parents, French Collins and Kizzie Prescott Collins; and her siblings, Richard Collins and Bonnie Clardy. She is survived by: her husband Philip M. Bailey; her sons, Philip M. Bailey, Jr. (Hope) and Patrick V. Bailey; her brother Tony Glen Collins (Janet); and her grandchildren, Dalton P. Bailey and Lauren Marie Bailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
