She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McElveen and Nina Nesbitt McElveen; her sister Brenda McElveen Dewitt; and her cousins, Anne Elizabeth Bert and Ann Matthews.
She is survived by: her nieces, Lisa Watford (Billy) and Tara Truesdale (Adam); and her great-nieces, Ashley Truesdale and Celeste Truesdale.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home (4210 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501).
