He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Willcox Padgett; his children, Celeste Padgett Kahn (David), Clyde Talmadge Padgett, III (Kristy) and Dr. Edwin Allen Padgett (Ashley); his sister Frances Padgett Farmer of Florence; his grandchildren, David Alan Kahn, Jr. (Frances), Celeste Marshall Kahn Nunn (Weston), Clyde Talmadge Padgett Kahn (Kristen), Katherine Elizabeth Padgett of Asheville, NC, Elsie Morrah Padgett, Frances Ashley Padgett, Clyde "Charlie" Talmadge Padgett IV, Gray Jones Padgett and Kenneth Jacob Padgett; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Kahn of Clyde Padgett, Kahn, Jr., Frederick "Fritz" Nunn, Suiter Kahn, Kai Frye, David Kahn, III, Julia Lee Nunn, Mary Celeste Nunn, Benedict Kahn, Elizabeth "Betsy" Kahn and Mary Talmadge Kahn; his stepchildren, Edgar Lloyd Willcox of Florence and Henrietta Willcox Dotterer (Gilly) of Mt.
