It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Cook of Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Arnold Duke. She is survived by: her mother Deborah Jean West Duke; her husband Michael B. Cook, Sr.; her children, Michael B. Cook, Jr. and Debra Nicole Cook; and her brother Arnie Duke (Amy). She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
