He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Milton Bullard and Brenda Ann Spell Bullard; and his brother David Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Jo Perkins-Bullard; his children, James Sims (Logan), Katlin Todd (Trey) and Hannah Ezzell (Dustin); his grandchildren, Grace, Neal, Sebastyann, Lochlin, Benji and Ollie-Jean; his sisters, Cindy Averitt (Chris) and Becky Bullard; and his uncle Tommy Spell.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505).
