He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Gray. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Hyatt Meadows; his wife Mary Lynn Shaw Jordan; his children, Dwayne R. Jordan Jr. (Erin), Charles Jordan, Amber Rheuark (Matthew) and Nicole Schaefer (Larry); his stepdaughters, Angela Shelly (Michael) and Kandi Page; and his siblings, Mary Ann Boone, Christina Gray and Shane Gray. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
