He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Knotts; and his siblings, George, James Wesley Knotts and Marilyn Knotts. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" McMullen Knotts; and his sisters, Mary Knotts, Emma Knotts and Ida Skidmore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home (4210 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
