He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin White Thomas, Jr. and Elaine Lewis Thomas; and his brother David Randolph Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Vonnie Thomas; his son Brian Howard Thomas of Johnson City, TN; his granddaughters, Zoey Clarissa of Johnson City, TN, Meghan Marie of Johnson City, TN and Natali Grace Thomas of Johnson City, TN; and his sibling's children, Clint Thomas and Bethany Thomas of Florence.
