Osbourne; her stepchildren, William Horrell of Effingham, Deborah Best (Greg) of Rocky Mount, NC, Sonya Higginbotham (Brian) of Hope Mills, NC, Kathy Clark (Jeff) of Wilmington, NC and Beth McCormick (Mac) of Sunset Beach, NC; and her siblings, Eugene Oxendine, Melba Godwin, Hesba Lillico and Jacquelin Bullard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
