He is survived by: his wife Wanda Davis Cooke; his daughters, Lisa Freeman (Kenny) of Mullins, SC, Paula Cooke of Mullins, SC, Marsha Cooke (Johnny Cox) of Marion, SC, Christy Smith (Christopher) of Florence, SC and Kimberly Glover (Tyrone) of Florence, SC; and his sisters, Juanita "Monk" Stroud, Julia Baurle, Jeany "Lois" Stull and Judy Ratley.
