In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Evander leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Evander may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Threadgill and Blanche Stevenson Moody Threadgill; his wife Evelea Hicks Threadgill; his daughter Janice Threadgill Frye; and his grandson Andy Frye.
He is survived by: his son William E. "Billy" Threadgill (Dottie); his grandchildren, Angela Frye Corley (Todd), William E. "Chip" Threadgill and Michael G. Threadgill; and his great grandchild Logan Clardy (Cullen) of Florence, SC..
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Free Will Baptist Church (2624 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501).
