For Evelyn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dobs and Avril Robinson Sirmans; and her spouse Emmette Zorn. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Brown, Ailene Bennett, Emmette Zorn, Havey Zorn, III and John Zorn. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home (4210 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Irwinville Cemetery.
