She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Linton and Ena Gandy Linton; her husband Lawrence Evans; and her siblings, Lonnie Linton, Jr., Ray C "Buck" Linton and Katherine Helms.
She is survived by: her son Ken Evans (Carolyn); her granddaughter Ludie Moore (Jerry); and her great grandchildren, Kathleen and Harleigh.
