He is survived by: his wife Melanie Eliason; his children, Gary Alan Eliason II (Bethany Kenderdine), Danielle Eliason Hubbard (Tyson), Courtney Nicole Eliason (Joseph Coker) and Annie Ruth Eliason; his grandsons, Tyson Hubbard and Theodore Kenderdine; and his siblings, Greg Eliason, Sharon Eliason and Donna Eliason. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
