He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Hill and Mary Louise Parks Hill; his wife Cubie Jean Stafford Hill; and his son Timothy Fred Hill. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Lively of Chesterfield, SC, Faye Dunn of Star, NC, Cheryl Williams of Jacksonville, NC and Rodney Hill of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
His family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
