He is survived by: his wife Nancy Burns; his sons, Michael Burns (Kaleen), James Burns (Terri), Daniel Burns (Pearl) and Brian Burns (Elisabeth); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Burns, Melissa Burns, Sarah Burns, Emma Burns, Natalie Burns and Luke Burns.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (113 State Rd S-21-352, Florence, SC 29506). The inurnment will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Florence National Cemetery (803 E National Cemetery Rd, Florence, SC 29506).
