He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Ramos and Aurora Roman; and his brothers, Adrian, Arnold and Hannibal.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Brown-Ramos (Florence); his daughters, Liah and Gabrielle Ramos (Florence); his former wife Kim Mai Nguyen-Ramos; his daughters, Lisa, Alexandria and Lillian Ramos (Kentucky); his sister Migdalia Ramos (Kentucky); Edwin Ramos (New Jersey). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
