She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Calvin Stewart and Nellie Leonard Stewart; her grandson Michael Araujo; and her siblings, Jim Stewart, H. C. Stewart, Paul Stewart and Margaret Webb.

She is survived by: her husband Gil Araujo; her children, Kenneth Michael Araujo (Gaye) and Helen Connie Araujo Harker (Jim); her grandchildren, Allison Pierce (Jason), Jennifer Greene (Wesley) and Kelly Roeder (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Demi Greene, Cade, Cate Frances Pierce, Cameron and Coleman Roeder.
