He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Johnson and Elizabeth Fowler Hearn. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mills Hearn; his children, Wayne Hearn (Dana) of Cornelius, NC and Michelle Poston of Hartsville, SC; his grandchildren, Casey Poston of Auburn, AL, Taylor Jordan (Jake) of Auburn, AL and Morgan Hearn of Huntersville, AL; and his siblings, Sarah Hearn (Foerster), Nancy Branch (Bill) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Jim Hearn (Charron) of Kinston, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
