It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Beckwith of Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Carter Beckwith and William Harvey Beckwith; his grandson Joshua Marino; and his brothers, Tex Beckwith and Bob Beckwith.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Jackson Beckwith; his children, Debbie Watson, Julie Briggs and Harvey Beckwith; his grandsons, Wesley Beckwith and Harrison Beckwith; and his siblings, Bill Beckwith, Clayton Beckwith and Sue Turbeville.

Due to the current COVID-19 concerns, social distancing will be observed.
