She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Brown and Hanna Philip Brown; her husband John C. Garrison; and her son John C. Garrison, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Kay Johnson; and her sisters, Helen Carberry and Henrietta Cox. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ebenezer Baptist Church, located at 524 S. Ebenezer Road, Florence, SC 29501, to support and continue the church's good works, which Ina held close to her heart.
