McCoy of Florence, South Carolina, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose life came to an end on May 21, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim McCoy and Hedi McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sister Jenny Hinsey (Gregg); his niece Amber Weed (Chris); his aunts, Lynn Machen, Nancy Mellinger (Dave) and Gisela Bischl; and his cousins, Lilo Louis (Hartwig), Katrin Bischl, Uwe Bischl and Michaela Weber. He is also survived by loving in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Francis Marion Freshwater Ecology Center (3742 N Williston Rd, Florence, SC 29506). Please RSVP for Celebration of Life using the Evite link: https://evite.me.
