He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Jane Hughes Bland; his siblings, Thomas Williams, Willie Williams, Llewellyn Williams, Maggie Williams and Jenny Watson; and his half-brother Eddie Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mae Flowers Williams; his children, William Terence Williams (Martha) of Columbia, SC, Kevin Lee Williams (Michelle) of Nashville, TN, Pamela Jean Ricks of Lexington, SC and Debbie Griffin (Tommy) of Florence; and his half-sister Gloria Burnett of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
