He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reba Sue Bridges and James Robert Gambrell; his brother Robert David Gambrell (Jacqueline); his sibling's children, Lydia Blanco (Jack) and Dr. Aaron Gambrell; and his friend Carleen Benton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery (524 S Ebenezer Rd, Florence, SC 29501).
