He is survived by: his wife Lynelle S. Godfrey; his children, Brandy Williams (Timmy), Kerry Kueffler (Steve), Susan Broach (Billy) and Curtis Godfrey (Kim); his grandchildren, Tim Willliams, Brad Carrigg, Kaila Kueffler, Taylor Broach, Bryce Broach, Hilton Broach, Lyla Broach, Brenden Godfrey, Collin Godfrey and Kamryn Godfrey; his great grandchildren, Brayden Cornielson, Benjamin Eldon Williams, Raelyn Hazel Williams, Bryson Scott Carrigg, Hunter Wyatt Carrigg, Kendall Beesley and Elly May Broach; and his siblings, Algie G. Banks, George E. "Buck" Godfrey and Jackie G. "Bubba" Godfrey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
