He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Fesperman and Jerry Clarence Fesperman; his wife Mamie Hicks Fesperman; and his sisters, Debra K. Westbrooks and Jeri Irene Guthery.

He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Warren and Donna Owens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
