He was predeceased by: his parents, Lula Williamson Summersett and James Summersett; and his brother Leo Summersett of Lake Waccamaw. He is survived by: his children, Gail Outlaw (Jimmy) of Lexington, SC and Jimmy Summersett (Carla) of Florence; his grandchildren, Meagan Hostetler (Chris) of Johns Island, SC, Caroline Tate (Tommy) of Anderson, SC, Carson Kleinknecht (Barrett) of Florence and Hunter (Katie) of Greenville, SC.; and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Riley Hostetler, Ellie Tate, McCall, Oakley Kleinknecht, Ada Summersett, Boone, Noah, Dallas Tate and Monty Summersett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
