He is survived by: his wife Carole Hays; his daughters, Chris Addis (Brett), Cathi Bochette (Brad) and Carrie Bochette (Clay); his grandchildren, Chapin Grice (Breon), Lauren Waldrop (Alex), Caroline Chancey (Dillon), Ashlyn Hill (Adam), Megan Hite, Camryn Teaster (Torin) and Clayton Bochette; his great grandchildren, Callan Chancey, Luca Chancey, Maverick Grice, Rowen Waldrop, Henry Hill, Hollyn Chancey and Hayes Waldrop; and his siblings, Gary Smith, Don Smith, Sharon White, Jean Trittle, Janet Imes and Linda Coyle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Frank Monroe Scholarship Fund.
