We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2025, Jane Cress of Florence, South Carolina, born in Herkimer, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Miner and Helen Chaplin Miner; and her siblings, Bertis Miner, James Miner and Cynthia Miner.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Cress; her children, Harry Young, Jr. (Kristi), Stephen Young, Tammy Holt (Brad) and Jennifer Boyer (Scott); her stepchildren, Ronald D. Cress, Jr. (Jennifer), Jessica Cress and Debra Cress (Chris); and her sister Sheila June Weaver. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home (2319 Ebenezer Rd, Florence, SC 29501).
