She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Kelly Williams and Jake Witsell Williams; and her husband Joseph Payne Waters, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Hebert (Don), Joe Waters, III (Connie), Kelly Lyles (Jim) and Nancy Poston (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Chrissy Welch (Aaron), Rachel Carroll (Jonathan), Carly Moss, Benjamin Lyles, Anna Lyles, Jake Lyles, Kelsey Waters, Adrienne Waters, Trevor Waters, Witsell Poston and Lucas Poston; her great grandchildren, Miriam Welch, Patrick Carroll, Warren Carroll and Marcus Lyles; her brother Jake Williams (Dorothy); and her nephew Ted Speth (Sally).
