He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Rentsch and Julie Criswell (Michael); his sisters, Jessica As-Samad (Rasheed) and Megan (Shane Hawk); his nieces and nephews, Rashae, Louis, Elijah, Andre, Rasheed Jr., Isaiah As-Samad, Chasity, Aiden, Owen and Noah Hawk; and his pet Meowlexandria. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and an older sister.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Francis Marion University in Florence, SC to be used for a memorial scholarship fund that is being created in Jeremy's honor.
