He is survived by: his children, Mercedes Sears (Joshua), Melanie Carpenter (Allen), Michelle Westfall (Ron) and John Jeffords, III (Amanda); his siblings, Jackie Jeffords, Danny Jeffords, Veronica "Ronnie" Cooper and Marilyn Sanders; and his grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Cameron Carpenter, Tim Boseman, Caylee Anderson, Tristan Baker, Jacob Jeffords, Bryleigh Jeffords, Braden Jeffords, Everett Sears and Braddox Jeffords. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
