He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leland Hedges and Jane Anastasia Hedges Gunderman (Lynch); his wife Judith Ann Hedges (O'Hara); his stepdaughter Lori Golino; his sister Susan Willmott; and his pet Marley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Hedges Jones of Olive Branch and Julie Williamson (Scott) of Florence; his stepdaughter Colleen Clark (George) of Gulf Breeze, Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda Green (Marc), Sarah Dorak (Justin), Patrick Clark, George Clark IV, Justin Hedges (Nicole), Rheagan Williamson, Luke Jones and Ruby Jones; and his nephews, Danny Viscel (Elizabeth), Richard McGinley (Lisa) and Paul McGinley (Sheryl). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
