He was predeceased by: his parents, Burland J. Burch and Mary Alexander Burch. He is survived by: his wife Ondrea H. Burch; his sons, Joseph H. "Joey" Burch, Jr. (Rebecca G. Burch) and Charles "Andy" Burch (Karen); his grandchildren, Joseph H. Burch, III, Samuel J. Burch (Kimberly), Matthew G. Burch and English Alexander Burch; and his stepson Andy McLeod (family: Melanie McLeod, Wendy Waites).
