She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Jackson Jarvis and Dorothy Gallimore Jarvis; and her siblings, Thomas Christopher Jarvis, Ronald Eugene Jarvis, Roger Keith Jarvis and Sandy Jarvis Kearns.

She is survived by: her husband Kenna Frank Maddy; her daughters, Jennifer Maddy Caudill (Ryan) and Lisa Maddy Tisdale (Trevor); her granddaughters, Madison Ruth Caudill (Madi), Emma Allison Caudill, Isabel Kathryn Caudill (Izzi) and Hallie Elise Tisdale; and her siblings, Robert Neil Jarvis (Pat), Richard Dale Jarvis (Barbara), Becky Jarvis Cornatzer (Johnny) and Carolyn Jarvis Hanes (Steve).
