She is survived by: her mother Amelia Kelley Smith of Hartsville; her daughter Irby Haynes DuBose (Adam) of Hartsville; her grandchildren, Wallace, Law and Haynes DuBose; her siblings, Tommy Smith (Carol) of Hartsville, Vicki Chaplin (Tommy) of Hartsville, Derrick Smith (Tanya) of Hartsville, David Smith of Hartsville, Kelley Rudisell (Butch) of Hartsville and Ashby Smith (Beth) of Cheraw, SC; her father-in-law Wallace Haynes of Darlington; and her sister-in-law Cindy Green (Will) of Florence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
