We announce the death of Lonnie B. Huggins in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 88. Lonnie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie B. Huggins and Mabel Bracey Huggins; and his siblings, Bill Huggins, Milton Huggins, Betty Grice and Janet Bethea.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra H. Johnson (Tommy) of Hamer and Jennifer H. Stockton (Vance) of Conway; his grandchildren, Rick Pierce (Whitney), Drew Pierce, Dylan Osborne and Cole Stockton; his great grandchildren, Presley Pierce, Riggs Pierce and Eli Pierce; and his sister Norma Stidham of Myrtle Beach.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Little Rock Baptist Church (2522 Worship St, Little Rock, SC 29567).
