He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Louis Wilkinson Griffin, Jr.; his children, Robert "Bobby" Louis Griffin (Tammy), Holly Griffin Ferguson (Adam) and April Griffin Ruiz; his siblings, Donald Eugene "Donnie" Griffin, Kenneth Wayne "Kenny" Downey, Delores Griffin Isgett (Wayne) and Gail Griffin Allen; his grandchildren, Virginia Griffin Wyant (Simon), Blake Ruiz, Ava Ruiz and Alexander "Xander" Ferguson; and his great grandchild Graison Wyant.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, Florida 33607.
