She is survived by: her sons, Robert Anthony Carter and Timothy "Tim" Laverne Carter; her siblings, James Evans, Hazel Watford and Larue Anderson; her grandchildren, Timothy Jordan Carter and Ashley Nicole Carter Weiss (Austin); and her great grandchild Sterling Asher Carter.
