She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Cooper Rabon and Bertie Woodrow Jordan; her husband Larry Russell Abbott; and her siblings, Dennis "Ricky" Jordan, Doris Rabon and Joyce Gore.
She is survived by: her children, Hope Bailey (Chris) of Florence and Thomas Edward McCants, Jr. (Lisa) of Manning; her grandchildren, Jessica Bailey (Cody), Gavin Bailey (Stephanie), Lance Bailey (Kristin), Melissa McCants, Chase McCants, Taylor McCants and Jordan McCants; her great grandchildren, Haleigh Alexander, Kinsley Alexander, Cameron Crowley, Max Heaton, Sawyer McCants, Sylas Haase, Oakley McCants and Thomas Cade McCants; and her sisters, Eunice Rabon of Marion and Wilma Rabon of Little River, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
