With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Esther Worrell of Florence, South Carolina, born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Myers and O'Nita Dubose McRoy; her siblings, George Marion McRoy and Jeannette McRoy; and her husband Walter Dewey Worrell, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Howard S. Worrell (Mary Anne) of Florence and Richard A. Worrell (Jeannette) of Columbia; her granddaughter Faith Worrell of Florence; and her sister Shirley Williams of Florence. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
