She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Fortenberry and Maggie Lawter Fortenberry; and her brothers, Earl, Jerry, Howard and Theodore Fortenberry.
She is survived by: her husband Grover Melvin Fincher, Jr. of Florence; her daughter Renee Dunaway (Kenny) of Gaffney, SC; her grandchildren, Kendra Martindale (Seth) of Chesnee, SC and Jamie Dunaway (Hannah) of Shelby, NC; her great grandchildren, Kimber, Hayes, Corral Martindale, Benson, Hadley and Grady Dunaway; and her siblings, Walker Fortenberry (Joann) of Tennessee and Juanita Anthony of Rock Hill, SC..
