He is survived by: his sister Wanda Killen (Gary); his wife Maxine Hinzy Pell; and his children, Shannon Skinner (Stacey), Tammy MacEachern (Charles), Stacey Eve Tindall, Stephanie Walker, David Pell Jr. (Celina), Jimmy Hinzy, Melissa Haywood (Donnie) and Jackie Hinzy (Cindy). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
