The family announces the passing of Nellie Knotts of Florence, South Carolina on September 19, 2026. Nellie, born on June 12, 1932, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leon and Nora Lee McDougal; her daughter Julia Faye Williams; and her grandchildren, Ronnie Farrell Williams, Jr. and Amber Farrell Williams.
She is survived by: her sister Sandra Lee of Florence; her grandchildren, Frankie Dudley (Somer) of Darlington, Dawn Boykin (Daniel) of Darlington and Stephanie Plummer (Robin) of Florence; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Mason Dudley, Denton Boykin, Anthony, Diamond and Elijah Plummer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grove Hill Cemetery (405 S Warley St, Darlington, SC 29532).
