He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Yarborough Young. He is survived by: his father Johnnie H. Young; his wife Melody C. Young; his daughter Dr. McKenzie C. Young; his brother Micah; his sister-in-law Christy; his nephew Thomas; his sister-in-law Tara Wiggins; his siblings' children, Matthew Gardner, Taylor, Rachel and Carla; and his brother Kevin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
