Ivan Heyward wrote a sympathy message

“I was having a casual dinner with family and friends tonight... And Roosevelt you flashed across my mind. I remembered our times at Boys and Girls HS. Cutting up in chorus class. I believe you were work understudy for Tap Dance kid at the time. I decided to look you up brother... and i am really saddened that the last time we bumped into each other was the final Hello. I pray you are resting peacefully man.. and i will see you again on the other side brother. Loveya2life... Ivan Heyward BGHS '88”
