He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Troy Deas Sr. and Susie Belle Earp Deas; his sons, Donald Deas and Gerald Deas; and his siblings, Tim Deas, David Deas and Rachel Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ruth Lightsey Deas; his children, Mark Deas, Christopher Deas (Krystal), Kevin Deas (Kristie), Johnny Ruben Deas, Wanda Reynolds (Randy), Tina Deas and Charman Locklair; and his grandchildren, Caleb Deas (Jade), Cayla Locklair, Cameron Locklair, Donald Langley, Nikki Langley, Matt Rollins, Ethan Deas, Max Deas, Brooke McAdoo (Devin), Hudson McAdoo, Tinsley Deas, Erin Deas and Wyatt Torado.
