She was predeceased by: her grandmother Grace Creel. She is survived by: her parents, Tonia Jean Creel Bailey and Ezra C. "E. C."; her sons, John Manning (Chelsea) of Franklinton, NC and Bailey Manning of Florence, SC; her grandchild Eban Manning; and her siblings, Thad Bailey of Florence, Landess Johnson (Randal) of Rocky Mount, NC and Elizabeth "Liz" Winstead (Jeff) of Florence.
