She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Steen and Marie Winburn Steen; her husband Byron L. Huggins; and her brother Rev. Bobby Steen. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela "Angie" McKenzie (Daren) of McBee, SC and Kerri Lupton of McBee, SC; her grandchildren, Joseph McKenzie, Parker McKenzie, Dani-Reed McKenzie, Mallory McKenzie, Annsley Kate Campbell, Lilly Lupton and Tyson Lupton; and her siblings, Billy Steen, Kenny Steen and Margie Brown.

Memorials may be made to Homestead Hospice, 1515 Heritage Lane, Florence, SC 29505.
